Data promise
We use business data to run and improve the review experience.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, login method, role, and authentication status.
- Business profile details such as business name, category, address, logo, colors, review page text, and Google review link.
- Review flow information such as QR scans, review page activity, private complaint details, sentiment signals, and email notification preferences.
- Plan, trial, payment, and referral information needed to manage subscriptions, billing status, sales referrals, and commissions.
- Device and usage information such as browser type, approximate location derived from technical data, pages visited, and local storage preferences.
How we use information
- To create and manage your ClariFlow account, business profile, review pages, QR templates, dashboards, and plan status.
- To route happy customers toward your Google review page and deliver private complaints or risky feedback to the business owner.
- To send service emails, account alerts, feedback notifications, support responses, and important product or policy updates.
- To monitor reliability, prevent abuse, improve analytics, troubleshoot errors, and make ClariFlow easier for local businesses to use.
- To process trials, subscriptions, payment verification, cancellations, referrals, and sales commission tracking.
Payments and third parties
- Payment checkout and verification may be handled through Razorpay or similar payment providers. ClariFlow does not need to store full card, UPI, or bank credentials.
- Google sign-in may provide basic profile information when you choose to authenticate with Google.
- We may use hosting, database, email, analytics, and support providers that process information only as needed to run the service.
- We do not sell customer personal information.
Data retention
- We keep information while your account is active or while it is needed for billing, security, legal, support, and business record purposes.
- You may request account or business data deletion, subject to records we must keep for legitimate operational, legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute reasons.

- You can update business profile content, review page settings, plan choices, and notification preferences from the app where available.
- You can use browser controls to clear cookies or local storage, although some app preferences and logged-in behavior may stop working correctly.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information connected to your account.
Security
- We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account, business, review, payment status, and referral information.
- No online service can promise perfect security, so account owners should use secure devices, trusted email accounts, and careful access controls.
Children
- ClariFlow is built for businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy as ClariFlow changes. When updates are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, email, or this page.
